Private
a private is the lowest rank achievable in the CSR, the majority of the CSR is made out of privates. A private only has one duty, that duty is to follow orders

Corporal:
The Corporal is to be an example to their juniors in how they should act and compose themselves, He will help keep . They should conduct themselves honorably and be respectful to others. They must have some level of leadership skill and be capable of commanding men.
Sergeant:
a sergeant will command a platoon of a company and will regularly report to his regiment commander. a Sergeant is the Bull of his unit, he is to be stern but fair. He will be responsible for disciplining the men and training them to the highest level possible. He must have good leadership skills and must be very strict. He will also be responsible in helping guide our men at rallies and more.
First Sergeant
The 1st Sergeant will be the first to take command if all the officers are killed. He must be a leader and be capable of commanding large groups of men. He is to meet the needs of the men below him, and make sure that they are being trained properly. It is his job to take after action reports, and to make sure that the men maintain a good standard of readiness. He will also be the main recruiter for the company.

SECOND LIEUTENANT
Second Lieutenants in the infantry are primarily responsible for leading their platoons in carrying out the plan for each day, as directed by superior officers. They work with NCOs and staff NCOs to train infantry platoons, usually consisting of 16 to 44 soldiers, in field exercises and combat discipline. Although non-commissioned officers such as corporals and sergeants provide more hands-on instruction to ground troops during combat training, the Second Lieutenants oversee operational results and improvise standard operating procedures accordingly, with the approval of superior officers.
FIRST LIEUTENANT
First lieutenants are in charge of platoons in combat,
while serving as the executive officer to his company commander -- usually a captain. Company size ranges from 110 to 140 individuals. Serving in a combat specialty role such as infantry, these young officers command groups normally around 30 to 50 at a time.
CAPTAIN
A captain usually serves as a company commander, commanding from 60 to 200 soldiers, usually with the assistance of a noncommissioned officer. A captain may also teach at an Army school or training center or serve as a battalion staff officer.
A staff officer assists the battalion commander rather than leading troops. A company commander oversees the tactical and everyday operations of the troops under their control.
MAJOR
A major is the 3rd in charge of a regiment, and must help the colonel of the regiment with administrative and psychical duties.
LIEUTENANT COLONEL
A lieutenant colonel is the second in command of a regiment. He must assist the Colonel in all duties, and in CSR rallies and activities, the Lieutenant Colonel must also help the Colonel keep his men in check.
COLONEL
A Colonel is the 1st in charge of a regiment, and is responsible for every man in his regiment, he is also responsible for all administrative duties.

BRIGADIER GENERAL
Brigadier generals command brigades, they must do their absolute best to keep their brigade in top shape. Brigadier generals must have a meeting every week with all of the colonels in his brigade to Gather info on the status of his brigade, after the meeting he must create a report on his brigade's status and deliver it to the Major general in charge of the division. They must also have a monthly meeting with the major general and all the other brigadier generals of the division.
MAJOR GENERAL
Major generals command divisions and must hold meetings with his fellow major generals weekly, he must also plan major rallies and activities for his division, he must also have monthly meetings with his brigadier generals. After he has gathered all of the info on his brigades, he must combine all of the reports and create a status report for the entire division and deliver the division report to his Corps commander
LIEUTENANT GENERAL
Lieutenant Generals command a corps, they are in charge of organizing activities for their corps together with their Major Generals. Every week they must have a meeting with their major generals and gather the division reports and construct a corps report and deliver it to their department general as soon as it is finished. They must also attend monthly meetings with their Department general and all the other lieutenant generals of the Department, they must also have a private meeting with the Department general at the end of the month.
GENERAL
A full General will command CSR Departments , there are only two departments, the department of the east and west. Since there are only two departments, there can only be two full generals. One for the Department of the east and the other for the department of the west.
A General must hold a meeting with all of his corps commanders in his department (the Lieutenant Generals) And gather all reports from all of the corps in his department, combine them into a department report and deliver it to the General in Chief of the army. He must also guide his lieutenant Generals and help them lead their Corps to the best of their abilities.
GENERAL IN CHIEF
The general in chief is in charge of gathering report's of the Departments and reporting the info to the Secretary of war and the commander in chief of the CSR. He must also hold weekly meetings with the Department Generals, and was weekly meetings with the secretary of war and the commander in chief of the CSR. The General in chief is responsible for everything related to the CSR military branch.
